The average number of days on market (DOM) increased to 118 over July DOM of 102. On average, homes sold for 90% of the list price. For every home sold, 1.3 homes were newly listed for sale. At the current rate of sale, it would take 10 months to deplete the inventory of homes; six months inventory is considered a balanced market.
