Mt. Pleasant Home Sales March 2010
Mt. Pleasant had 88 single family detached homes sell during March with an average sales price of $434,627 and median price of $361,000. This was an increase over February sales with a 1.06% increase in average sales price and a .979% decrease in median price. The average number of days on market (DOM) was 98, decreasing over February DOM of 126. On average, homes sold for 94% of the list price. For every home sold, 2.89 homes were newly listed for sale. At the current rate of sale, it would take approximately 14.58 months to deplete home inventory; six months inventory is considered a balanced market.
Park West had the most sales of any Mt. Pleasant neighborhood with 14 sales. There are currently 941 single family detached homes listed for sale in Mt. Pleasant.
