Mt. Pleasant had 48 single family detached homes sell during January with an average sales price of $411,648 and median price of $341,500. This was a slight decrease over December sales with a 1.0076% increase in average sales price and a 9.1067% decrease in median price. The average number of days on market (DOM) was 163, increasing over December DOM of 153. On average, homes sold for 93% of the list price. For every home sold, 3.43 homes were newly listed for sale. At the current rate of sale, it would take approximately 22.83 months to deplete home inventory; six months inventory is considered a balanced market.
Park West had the most sales of any Mt. Pleasant neighborhood with 9 sales. There are currently 941 single family detached homes listed for sale in Mt. Pleasant.
