Isle of Palms Home Sales Data March 2010
Isle of Palms had 5 single family detached homes sell during March with an average sales price of $894,410 and median price of $456,000. This was a slight decrease over February sales with a 17.6% decrease in average sales price and a 292.65% decrease in median price. The highest priced home sold for $2,100,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $400,000.
The average number of days on market was 187 which was an increase over the previous months DOM of 170. On average, homes sold for 91% of the list price. For every home sold in March, 4.2 homes were newly listed for sale. At the current rate of sale, it would take 46.29 months to deplete the home inventory; six months inventory is considered a balanced market.
Two of the homes sold on Isle of Palms in March are located in Wild Dunes. Isle of Palms currently has 173 single family detached homes actively listed for sale with 11 under contract; 4 homes entered pending sales status during February.
