This was an decrease over July sales with a 9% decrease in average sales price and a 74% increase in median price. The highest priced home sold for $1,190,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $350,000.
The average number of days on market was 117 which was an decrease over the previous months DOM of 340. On average, homes sold for 90% of the list price.
