^{As a REALTOR, I believe we have an obligation to improve the quality of life in our own community.  When I began my career in real estate, I lacked some of the passion I felt when I worked with kids.  I wanted to bring the passion from my past life to my new career.  As I began to formulate my idea, it rapidly fell into place and became Debbie Donovan Donates - a philosophy of giving that I incorporate into my business practice.}

^{Each month, I support a different Charleston area non-profit by offering $200 per new listing and $100 per closed transaction.  I also try to volunteer with these organizations as time allows and share with others each of their individual missions and role in the community.  These organizations were carefully chosen because their mission is near and dear to my heart. The common threads being the work to end the cycles of abuse and neglect, to educate and empower, and to provide opportunities for general health and well-being.}
