Daniel Island (Charleston, SC) had 11 single family detached homes sell during March with an average sales price of $563,328 and median price of $530,000. The number of homes sold in March increased over February sales with a 8.18% decrease in average sales price and a 9% decrease in median price. The average number of days on market (DOM) decreased to 79 over February DOM of 173. On average, homes sold for 94% of the list price. For every home sold, 3.125 homes were newly listed for sale. At the current rate of sale, it would take 18.25 months to deplete the inventory of homes; six months inventory is considered a balanced market.
